The winners of the StudyTravel Secondary School Awards 2024 have been announced.

Celebrating excellence of service in the growing high school study abroad sector as recognised by industry partners. In a special gala dinner on April 19th during the ST Alphe Secondary Focus – London 2024 conference, the winners were unveiled for the 14 categories, covering educators, agents, industry associations and related service providers.

Now in the fourth edition, the StudyTravel Secondary School Awards allow agents to vote for partner schools that have provided the best service in the previous year, and vice versa. A record number of votes were cast in this year’s edition.

Bright World Education & Guardianships (Guardianship Provider), Canadian Association of Public Schools – International (CAPS-I) (School Association) and Mercedes College (School in Australia/New Zealand) all collected fourth consecutive awards in their respective categories.

There were also seven first-time winners at this year’s awards, including Taunton School and Taunton School International in the Secondary School Western Europe category.

Helen Kingaby , Director of Admissions, said, “I am honoured for us to have received this award. Thank you to all of the agents who have voted for us. It means a lot to have been recognised for all the hard work of the Taunton School team, and we look forward to many more years of collaboration with our wonderful agents.”

Germany-based agency Akademis Internatsberatung was also a debutant winner in the ST Secondary School Awards Western European Agency category and become the first agency to be the current holders of the Star Award and Secondary School Award at the same time.

“It means everything to us. We never expected this, and we feel really fulfilled and proud of our team. We love working with our schools and these relationships are so important,” said Martin Cyrankowski , Director.

Matthew Knott, News Editor of StudyTravel Magazine and one of the presenters of the awards, said, “Congratulations to all of the winners and finalists in this year’s awards. It was another fabulous celebration of the dedication and hard work in this sector.”
